Responsibilities

Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts that enable EBANX to provide its services, grow, and innovate in Latin America.

Interacting with ebankers from various countries and teams, including senior leadership.

Must-haves to shine in this role

• Be a licensed lawyer.

Qualifications

Experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex contracts;

Strong organizational skills;

Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

Fluency in Spanish and English.

Bonus points if you have

Experience in the payments industry;

Experience with contracts involving financial institutions;

Experience working in technology companies.
