About The Role

You will manage and negotiate payment terms for overdue accounts with both corporate and individual clients. This includes conducting investigations, performing collection activities in-office or in the field, and handling complex tasks independently. The role requires practical experience and knowledge gained through training and hands‑on work. You will work within established procedures and may provide guidance or coordinate tasks for others.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to negotiate payment arrangements for overdue accounts.
• Investigate account details and resolve discrepancies.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of collection activities and communications.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex account issues.
• Provide support or guidance to team members when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
• Experience in collections, credit management, or accounts receivable.
• Strong negotiation and problem‑solving skills.

• Ability to travel for field visits when necessary.
