Vishay Intertechnology, Inc. is seeking a manufacturing-oriented professional to ensure production plans are met and line outputs stay efficient.

The role involves adherence to internal work instructions and EHS guidelines, budgeting contributions, and supervising core front-end processes to specifications and quality standards. Responsibilities include preparation of wafers and components, basic machine setup, and collaboration with maintenance teams.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare wafers, components or semi-products and monitor related hand-stock.
• Process components or semi-products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform basic machine-related setup and/or CNC/SPS programming if required; cooperate with maintenance technicians or external service providers.
• Report any failure or dysfunctionality to responsible employees or supervisor.
• Obey all work rules and EHS regulations for the assigned tasks.

Descripción del empleo

Ensuring compliance with production plans and production line outputs and keeping production assigned overall efficient. Adhering or ensuring adherence to relevant internal work instructions, safety rules and applicable regulations (e.g., EHS). Planning or contributing to unit's budget, allocating resources and keeping manufacturing cost as planned. Executing, supervising or managing manufacturing front-end processes assigned, according to specified procedures, e.g.:

• Preparation of wafers, components or semi-products and monitors related hand-stock.
• Processing components or semi-products/products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Performing basic machine-related setup and/or CNC / SPS-programming, if required. Cooperating with maintenance technicians and/or external service providers in repair issues. A job at this level… Executes task(s), as ordered or explained. Reports any failure or dysfunctionality to responsible employees or supervisor. Obeys all work rules and EHS regulations as valid for the work task(s) assigned.
