Job summary

Howmet Aerospace is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Ciudad Acuña, Mexico. The role focuses on approving attendance, leading preventive maintenance across CNC, EDM, and backend equipment, and ensuring safety inspections are carried out.

You will coordinate contractor work, manage equipment moves, and oversee building and facility maintenance. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial/Mechanical/Electromechanical/Mechatronic) and 3–5 years of related experience,

Qualifications

• Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
• Ability to solve practical problems, interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Have a good attitude and initiative to carry out the activities of the post.

• Complies with all EHS rules required for the work environment.
• Performs other duties, as assigned.

Qualifications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree on: Engineering as Industrial, mechanical, electromechanical, mechatronic or any related.
• Electrical knowledge / Mechanical / Industrial machinery repair training.
