The successful candidate will design and deliver onboarding and continuous education training, ensuring teams are well-equipped with the necessary technical skills and soft skills. This role requires strong communication abilities, a bachelor's degree, and proficiency in both English and Portuguese. Additional responsibilities include analyzing training methods and maintaining compliance with organizational policies.
