A leading mobility solutions company located in León, Mexico is seeking a Cluster Purchasing Back Office Technician to provide administrative support to Buyers and manage supplier data. The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, 2 years of experience, and strong skills in SAP MM and data analysis. This long-term position requires attention to detail and excellent communication skills, offering a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth.

Formación

  • 2 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Good knowledge of SAP MM and MS Office.
  • Knowledge of Ivalua purchasing platform or similar system is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

  • Provides administrative support to Buyers.
  • Manages Supplier Master Data upon request.
  • Handles purchase transactions in purchasing IT systems.

Responsibilities :

  • Provides administrative support to Buyers and handles administrative requests related to purchasing activities
  • Manages Supplier Master Data (supplier creation, supplier changes) upon request from Buyers
  • Manages purchase transactions in Purchasing IT systems (SAP, Ivalua) in accordance with applicable standards of OPmobility (spot orders and open orders)
  • Complies with the company's purchasing policies and procedures.

Profile :

  • Graduated high school
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Good knowledge of SAP MM
  • Good knowledge of internet usage
  • Knowledge MS Office
  • Knowlege of Power BI
  • Beneficial : Knowledge of Ivalua purchasing platform or similar system
  • Attention to details and problem-solving skills
