A leading automotive solutions provider in León, Mexico, is seeking a Cluster Purchasing Back Office Technician to support buyers with administrative tasks, manage supplier data, and oversee purchase transactions using SAP. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of related experience, with a solid understanding of SAP MM and good communication skills. Fluent English is required.

Formación

• Graduated high school.
• 2 years of experience in a similar position.
• Good knowledge of SAP MM.
• Knowledge of Ivalua purchasing platform or similar system is beneficial.

Responsabilidades

• Provides administrative support to Buyers and handles administrative requests related to purchasing activities.
• Manages Supplier Master Data upon request from Buyers.
• Manages purchase transactions in Purchasing IT systems in accordance with applicable standards.
• Complies with the company's purchasing policies and procedures.
