Honeywell Technologies is seeking a Team Leader to guide a cross-functional engineering team building a cloud-based unified security SaaS for access control, video, and monitoring. You will lead feature delivery, drive architecture, and coordinate with product management to align technical roadmaps with business goals.

Formación

• 5+ years of software development with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Advanced knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript, including functional programming.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Proven leadership in engineering teams through full product cycles.
• Strong background in modern web apps, cloud services and software architecture.
• Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and delivery.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Node.js, React, and Webpack.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a cross-functional delivery team of software engineers.
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery schedules.
• Lead architectural design of scalable video streaming subsystems using WebRTC and HLS.
• Bridge engineering, product management, and stakeholders to map requirements to roadmaps.
• Remove impediments and optimize team processes for productivity and morale.
• Oversee architectural decisions for multi-tenant cloud solutions and video distribution.
• Drive continuous improvement and promote best practices in development.
• Manage resource allocation, capacity planning, and team performance metrics.
