The Work (What you’ll be doing & Your Impact)

• Own the design and validation of end-to-end cloud architectures on GCP for high-scale, client-facing platforms, with a strong focus on AI-powered systems.
• Act as a trusted technical advisor to senior client stakeholders, shaping technology roadmaps, cloud strategy, and AI adoption decisions.
• Translate complex business and product requirements into clear architectural blueprints, Technical Design Documents, and system diagrams.
• Architect and validate AI-driven solutions, including LLM integrations, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows, from early concept through production readiness.
• Partner closely with pre-sales and delivery teams, contributing architectural guidance to solution pitches and technical proposals.
• Define architectural standards and best practices across security, scalability, reliability, and observability, ensuring alignment with client processes and compliance expectations.
• Collaborate with distributed engineering teams, providing technical direction and architectural oversight to ensure designs are correctly implemented in production environments.

Needed Expertise (What you need to succeed in the role)

• 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture, platform engineering, or solution architecture, with exposure to client-facing or consulting environments.
• Deep expertise in Google Cloud Platform, including services such as Cloud Run, GKE, Vertex AI, BigQuery, and related networking, IAM, and security components.
• Hands-on experience designing AI-enabled systems, including LLM-based architectures, RAG patterns, and AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex).
• Strong understanding of distributed systems design, service-to-service communication, data flows, and system trade-offs at scale.
• Experience working across multiple technology stacks (e.g., Node.js, Python, modern frontend frameworks), with the ability to reason about systems independently of language or framework choice.
• Solid grounding in DevOps and cloud-native practices, including CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure as code, and production observability.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain and defend architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with distributed teams across regions, and familiarity with data platforms, analytics tooling, and modern CMS/DXP ecosystems is a plus.
