ICON Strategic Solutions in Mexico City is seeking a SMA I to support management of clinical trial sites, ensuring adherence to study protocols and high operational efficiency. You will monitor sites, prepare documentation, enter data, and track performance metrics while collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve site-related issues and contribute to monitoring reports.

The role offers a travel requirement of ~25% and opportunities for development within a global sponsor.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as life sciences, healthcare administration, or clinical research.
• Some experience in clinical research, site management, or related administrative roles is preferred but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Willingness to travel as required (approximately 25%)

Responsabilités

• Assist in monitoring of clinical trial sites, ensuring adherence to study protocols, regulatory requirements, and GCP guidelines.
• Support site management activities, including documentation preparation, data entry, and tracking site performance metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and address site-related issues effectively.
• Maintaining accurate records of site activities and contributing to the preparation of monitoring reports.
• Participate in training and development initiatives to enhance knowledge and skills in clinical trial management.
