A leading medical device company in Monterrey seeks a Clinical Application Specialist to enhance the knowledge and application of their monitoring and life support product line. This role involves developing training programs for clients and the sales team, providing technical support during the sales process, and collaborating with healthcare professionals. Ideal candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or Biomedical Engineering and have experience in relevant medical fields.

Formación

  • Experience in private and public hospitals is required.
  • Knowledge and experience in ventilation, anesthesia, and respiratory therapy is required.
  • Previous experience as Application Specialist, Product Specialist, Clinical Applicationist, or Product Manager is required.

  • Collect and analyze product’s application and clinical information to understand and meet customer requirements.
Requirements

Eligibility Verification Specialist – Hybrid (Monterrey)

Eligibility Verification Specialist (Hybrid) – Location: Monterrey. Full‑time position.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure that patient insurance information is accurate and up to date for upcoming appointments.
  • Verify eligibility and document findings.
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance organizations to resolve eligibility issues.
SSC HR Specialist – Total Rewards

SSC HR Specialist (Total Rewards) – Support to solve HR related inquiries requiring expertise knowledge. Resolve tickets submitted by employees, global process owners, centers of expertise, employee relations partner, HR business partner and other functions.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve tickets submitted by employees and other stakeholders.
  • Re‑assign and escalated tickets to Tier 1 & Tier 2 as appropriate.
  • Provide expert knowledge to troubleshoot HR related inquiries.
SSC HR Specialist – Learning (Ramos Arizpe, Coahuila)

SSC HR Specialist (Learning) – Second level support to solve HR related inquiries. Manage cases raised from HR SSC Tier 1.1.

Responsibilities
  • Resolve tickets submitted by employees and other stakeholders.
  • Manage cases routed from HR SSC Tier 1.1.
  • Provide expertise knowledge for HR inquiries.
Medical Scientific Liaison Oncology – MSL

Medical Scientific Liaison (Oncology) – Catalyst of medical strategy by translating and sharing deep scientific and clinical insights from external stakeholders into strategic actions that shape and support product squad outcomes in oncology, mainly in prostate cancer.

Responsibilities
  • Translate and share scientific and clinical insights to influence product strategy.
  • Act as a key player in the customer squad close to the customer.
