A global packaging company located in Querétaro, Mexico is seeking a Client Coordinator to own client relationships and production needs from project inception to completion. The role involves managing client-specific projects, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing, and translating client requests into project plans. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and 1+ years of project coordination experience in a relevant environment.

Formación

• 1+ years of previous project coordination experience in a graphics manufacturing environment.
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships across the organization.
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Manage small-scale client-specific projects throughout the lifecycle.
• Translate client requests into detailed project plans.
• Ensure conflicts/issues are resolved to maintain project timelines.
