Aon Corporation in Mexico City is seeking a Casualty Claims Consultant to transform casualty claims data into actionable insights for clients and stakeholders. The role combines analytics, reporting, and client collaboration in a hybrid setup after a 3-month training.

You will analyze claims data, build dashboards in Power BI and Excel, present findings to North America clients, and help drive operational improvements with clear storytelling.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree and Sophisticated English level to work with North America clients and brokers.
• Experience within the insurance, risk management, brokerage, consulting, or claims administration industry.
• Desirable experience working with Casualty Claims, including Workers' Compensation, Automobile Liability, and/or General Liability claims.

Responsabilidades

• Apply claims management systems and reporting tools to validate information, identify discrepancies, and support data quality initiatives.
• Build and maintain claims reports, dashboards, and presentations that provide meaningful insights to clients and internal customers.
• Translate complex data into actionable recommendations that support operational and business decision-making.
• Identify trends, claim patterns, and emerging risks through detailed data analysis.
• Support client meetings by preparing reports, presentations, and claims performance summaries using effective storytelling techniques.
• Coordinate project activities, including status tracking, follow-ups, data requests, and information management.
• Collaborate with internal teams, carriers, and claims professionals to support continuous operational improvement initiatives.
• Assist in the development of operational metrics and performance reporting frameworks.

This full-time hybrid position is based in our Mexico City office, with hybrid work options available after initial training of 3 months. The role supports multiple business areas and a phenomenal opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing team in our Global Capability Center.

What the day will look like

As a Casualty Claims Consultant, you will support the effective management and analysis of casualty claims programs, helping clients navigate sophisticated claims' information while identifying trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with brokers, carriers, and internal collaborators to ensure data accuracy, reporting excellence, and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities include:

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Bachelor's degree and Sophisticated English level to work with North America clients and brokers.
• Experience within the insurance, risk management, brokerage, consulting, or claims administration industry.
• Desirable experience working with Casualty Claims, including Workers' Compensation, Automobile Liability, and/or General Liability claims.
• Experience using Power BI. Proficiency desirable.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data validation, error identification, reconciliation, and sophisticated data manipulation.
• Ability to analyze claims and operational data and translate findings into substantial business insights and recommendations.
• Experience developing reports, presentations, dashboards, and executive-level summaries.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills with the ability to present data clearly to diverse audiences.
• Project management and organizational skills, including status tracking, follow-up coordination, and managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
