UNICEF Mexico’s Child Protection Programme seeks a Child Protection Officer (Systems Strengthening) to drive systemic improvements that strengthen national protection institutions. You will collaborate with government partners and strategic allies to expand access to quality protection services for vulnerable children and adolescents.

The role supports scale-up of innovative case management and child-centered justice solutions within UNICEF Mexico’s 2026–2031 agenda.

Formación

• Completed first level university degree in international development, human rights, psychology, sociology, international law, social work, development studies or another relevant social science field.
• Two years of experience in planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of key child protection interventions.
• Proficiency in Spanish and English.

• Support to programme development and planning.
• Programme management, monitoring and delivery of results.
• Technical and operational support to programme implementation.
• Networking and partnership building.
• Innovation, knowledge management and capacity building.
