A leading manufacturing company in Chihuahua seeks a Mexico Operations Manager to oversee all production activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of manufacturing experience, strong leadership skills, and proficiency in both English and Spanish. This role emphasizes achieving customer satisfaction and continuous improvement in a dynamic environment.

Formación

• 10+ years manufacturing experience with increasingly responsible roles.
• At least 5 years as a Plant Manager, Sr Operations Manager, or similar.
• Experience with multinational companies in low volume/high mix manufacturing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct production departments and support functions.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
• Manage quality systems to meet customer expectations.

Conocimientos

Lean and continuous improvement knowledge and experience

Excellent Communication and negotiation skills

Knowledge and understanding of Cost Accounting

Bilingual: English and Spanish

Educación

BS in Engineering or Equivalent

MBA preferred
