Sr. Manager Software Engineering

We are seeking an accomplished Sr. Manager to spearhead a diverse portfolio of technology projects and a team of skilled developers with expertise in distributed microservices, full stack systems, and innovative technologies.

• Lead a portfolio of diverse technology projects and a team of developers with deep experience in distributed microservices, and full stack systems to create strategic solutions that meet regulatory requirements and drive business success.
• Maintain a passion for staying at the forefront of technological advancements, experimenting with new tools, participating in internal & external technology communities, mentoring junior engineers, and occasionally contributing code or evaluating software development.
• Collaborate with digital product managers to deliver robust cloud-based solutions that drive impactful experiences, empowering millions of Americans to achieve financial stability.
• Leverage programming languages like JavaScript, Java, HTML/CSS, TypeScript, SQL, Python, and Go, open-source relational databases, NoSQL databases, container orchestration services including Docker and Kubernetes, and various AWS tools and services.
