Job Title: Senior Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a Senior Logistics Supervisor to join our organization. This role will be responsible for leading the logistics team and ensuring smooth operations across different tasks.

Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, with experience in managing high-performing teams, supervising staff, and motivating individuals to achieve their best performance.
• They should also possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as English language proficiency. Clear reporting to upper management is essential in this role.
• This position involves coordinating inbound/outbound shipping activities, including goods receiving, cycle count storage & shipping processes. Knowledge of SAP DN processing and shipping modules is required.
• Familiarity with freight carriers and shipping platforms (FTL, LTL), along with inventory management skills.
• The ability to analyze processes, identify areas for improvement, implement Lean Six Sigma principles, optimize supply chain efficiency, and use ERP systems effectively is highly desirable.
