EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Chief QA Automation Engineer to own QA for an enterprise AI platform built around MCP Servers. You will craft the QA strategy, develop Python automation, and verify MCP protocol operation across tools, APIs, and integrations.

The role requires guiding and supervising development teams, strong Python automation, API testing, and CI/CD integration, with exposure to GenAI/LLM and distributed backends. Mexico-based position with global projects and healthcare benefits.

Formación

• 7+ years of testing and QA experience with independent strategy ownership.
• Experience with MCP Server/Model Context Protocol and its architectural design.
• Hands-on Python automation for API and integration testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing approaches.
• Knowledge of GenAI/LLM and agent-driven architectures is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review product and architecture to craft QA strategy and testing boundaries for MCP-based AI solutions.
• Develop Python-based automated testing suites for MCP Servers, tools, APIs and integrations.
• Verify MCP protocol operation including tool discovery, authentication, and integration testing.
• Investigate agent-to-MCP-to-tool sequences across success, boundary, and security scenarios.
• Set up quality gates and embed automated tests into CI/CD processes.

We are looking for a Chief QA Automation Engineer to take ownership of quality assurance for an enterprise AI platform built around MCP (Model Context Protocol) Servers. This opportunity suits a technically driven professional who enjoys blending quality engineering expertise with exposure to emerging AI systems. You will hold a key responsibility in verifying the accuracy and stability of sophisticated, agent-oriented architectures.
