A dynamic operations-as-a-service company in Xico, Mexico is seeking a Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and leadership team. You will drive execution of strategic initiatives, improve operational processes, and foster internal communication. Ideal candidates have 3-6 years of experience in high-growth startups, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in strategic project management. Formación

  • 3-6 years of experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup or tech company.
  • Experience in BizOps, consulting, VC, founder’s office, or strategic project management.
  • Proven track record of building systems and solving ambiguous problems.

  • Own the planning cadence including OKRs and business reviews.
  • Build internal processes that improve execution and accountability.
  • Draft high-impact communications for internal and external stakeholders.

We’re looking for a high‑agency, ambitious Chief of Staff to partner directly with the CEO and leadership team to drive execution, accelerate decision‑making, and scale our most important initiatives.

Role Overview

The Chief of Staff will operate as a strategic right hand to the CEO helping run the business, solve complex problems, and lead key projects across OpsArmy.

You’ll work cross‑functionally with all departments, manage executive priorities, and build internal systems that enable growth.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who wants to fast‑track into startup leadership by owning impact from day one.

What You’ll Do
Strategic Planning & Execution
  • Own the planning cadence: OKRs, business reviews, leadership offsites
  • Translate vision and strategy into actionable plans and outcomes
  • Ensure alignment across teams and surface roadblocks early
Operational Excellence
  • Build internal processes that improve execution and accountability
  • Drive special projects and solve operational pain points end‑to‑end
  • Help prioritize CEO bandwidth to keep the org focused on high‑leverage activities
Internal Communication & Stakeholder Management
  • Draft high‑impact comms, memos, decks, and updates for internal and external stakeholders
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and cross‑functional leaders
  • Ensure meetings are purposeful and action‑oriented (agendas, notes, follow‑ups)
Growth & Talent
  • Partner with hiring leads to scale the team and onboard new hires
  • Own special projects that accelerate business growth (e.g., go‑to‑market experiments, operational partnerships, talent development)
  • Model our culture and values to be a force multiplier across the org
