A leading marketing firm in Mexico seeks an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns. You will drive engagement, feature adoption, and lifetime value while leading omni-channel strategies. Ideal candidates will have over 5 years of experience in D2C and B2B marketing, with a strong background in marketing to U.S. Hispanic audiences. Marketing Manager

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns that drive engagement, feature adoption, and lifetime value.

  • You will build product campaign messaging, positioning, go-to-market plans, and cross-channel content direction.
  • Develop and execute omni-channel campaigns that drive engagement, feature adoption, transactions, and lifetime value.
  • Lead customer lifecycle communications across onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention working with the marketing operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Product Marketing
    • Translate product features and enhancements into simple, compelling customer messaging and/or communication strategies driving in-app engagement and increased lifetime value.
    • Build go-to-market launch plans and supporting materials in collaboration with Product, IT, and Creative.
  • Omnichannel Engagement Campaign Strategy & Execution
    • Develop integrated engagement campaign strategies for feature launches, enhancements, promotions, and user engagement.
    • Create messaging frameworks, positioning, and key value propositions.
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of marketing and/or product management experience in D2C and B2B environments, ideally in financial services, fintech, or consumer-facing mobile apps.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or related field.
  • Experience developing performance-driven omni-channel campaigns including promotion, messaging, and communication strategies.
  • Experience marketing to U.S. Hispanic audiences with cultural fluency.
