Formación

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Cost Accountant to join our team.

This is a challenging role that requires strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have experience in cost accounting, standard costing, and inventory valuation.

You will be responsible for leading cost accounting activities, including monthly close, journal entries, and reconciliations.

You will also be required to maintain and analyze standard costs, variances, and margin performance.

In addition, you will manage inventory valuation, physical and cycle counts, and oversee capital project accounting (CIP and fixed assets).

Furthermore, you will partner with operations, engineering, and supply chain on production performance, new product costing, BOM accuracy, and routing validation.

You will also develop costing methodologies, internal controls, and reporting dashboards using Excel/BI tools.

Furthermore, you will mentor junior staff, support audits/tax reporting, and drive ERP, process automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA/CMA preferred, with 5–7 years of cost accounting experience in manufacturing.
• Strong expertise in cost accounting, standard costing, inventory valuation, and ERP systems (SAP highly preferred; JD Edwards, Dynamics, Oracle also valued).
• Advanced Excel skills required; experience with Power BI, SQL, or other data analytics tools, plus ERP implementation exposure, is a strong advantage.
