ALTEN Mexico is seeking experienced Design Release Engineers (Mid/Sr) to join our automotive-focused engineering team in Querétaro. You will contribute to the design, development, and release processes for automotive components and systems, ensuring robust technical solutions.

The ideal candidate has a solid engineering background, practical CAD experience, and strong problem-solving abilities, with effective communication in English within a collaborative environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical design and automotive industry.
• Experience with CAN/LIN, Bluetooth, WiFi, USB is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal English communication.

• Lead design release activities for automotive components.
• Support design, development, and release processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality.
• Maintain documentation and BOMs in PLM systems.

We are currently looking for experienced Design Release Engineers (Mid/Sr) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the design, development, and release processes for automotive components and systems, contributing directly to innovative engineering solutions.

The ideal candidates will have a strong engineering background, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a passion for driving project success within a collaborative environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical design and the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with CAD systems (NX, Teamcenter, Catia)
• Experience with chassis (Powertrain, Cradles, structures, suspension)
• Experience with BOMS
• Experience with DVP&R
• Experience with DFMEA
• Knowledge of CAN/LIN bus, Bluetooth, WiFi protocols, and USB is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
