DENSO MÉXICO is seeking a Senior CFD Designer to lead CFD engineering efforts in design and development for advanced automotive projects. The role focuses on creating robust CAE workflows and delivering scalable automation processes, in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

You will perform CFD simulations, evaluate results, and drive design improvements while ensuring quality and environmental standards.

Formación

• Advanced English proficiency for North American communication.
• Strong engineering principles and design methods.

• Knowledge of GD&T and drawing standards.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain designs, drawings, and documentation using CAD/CAE tools.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams on development and validation.
• Perform CFD simulations and CAE analyses; evaluate results.
• Identify opportunities for design improvements and actions.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations; support testing and DVP&R.
• Contribute to process improvements and project execution.
• Ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards.
• Provide technical guidance to junior engineers.

Position: Senior CFD Designer

As a CFD Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying automated processes using UiPath Software. You will work closely with business analysts, centralized developers, and stakeholders to create efficient and scalable automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency and drive business value.

Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal), with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with North American teams, customers, and global engineering stakeholders.
• Knowledge of engineering principles, product design, and development methodologies.
• Experience with CAE/CFD simulation tools and engineering analysis.
• Strong understanding of engineering drawings, GD&T, and design processes.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
• Customer-oriented mindset with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency in engineering software and data analysis tools.

Main Activities

• Develop and maintain engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentation using CAD and CAE tools.
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and cross-functional teams to support product development, manufacturability, and validation activities.
• Perform engineering simulations, including CFD and other CAE analyses, and evaluate results.
• Identify opportunities for design improvements and recommend corrective actions.
• Prepare and deliver technical reports and presentations.
• Support testing activities and DVP&R execution.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and project execution.
• Ensure compliance with quality and environmental standards.
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers when required.
• Support program management activities and cross-functional project objectives.
