A leading manufacturing company located in Cuautla, Mexico is seeking a dedicated team manager to oversee allocations and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent, flexibility to work shifts, and strong communication skills. Responsibilities
  • Allocates team activity and resources efficiently in order to meet delivery requirements, while achieving quality and safety standards
  • Handles record management and ensures systems are functioning correctly
  • Clearly identifies and segregates non-conforming material while monitoring and maintaining all safety equipment and tools
  • Keeps the team focused on daily targets and responsibilities
  • Identifies training needs, listens to team members’ feedback, and works to resolve issues or conflicts
  • Operates under the general supervision of local Management
  • Coordinates and monitors the fulfillment of all legal and internal requirements regarding Health, Safety and Environment
  • Leads by example and line with the Freudenberg Guiding Principles and the Code of Conduct, while fostering a proactive work culture
Qualifications
