Be Our Next Compensation Specialist

Are you a detail-oriented individual who enjoys working with compensation data and processes? Join our team and become a fundamental part of managing our remuneration programs.

This role allows you to apply your technical knowledge to ensure our compensation processes are accurate and fair. In this position you'll be responsible for handling critical information, generating strategic reports and ensuring our compensation policies are followed.

Your work will have a direct impact on how we value and reward our employees.

Responsibilities
  • Compensation Administration: Managing data and processes related to bonus and equity, ensuring they are accurate and timely.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Generating ad-hoc and regular reports for management teams supporting decision-making with clear and concise data.
  • Auditing and Compliance: Playing a key role in auditing transactions and executing compliance-related activities guaranteeing the integrity of our systems.
  • Support and Problem-Solving: Researching and resolving compensation inquiries, providing high-quality service to internal clients.
  • Technology Management: Utilizing and supporting the implementation of HR systems like SAP SuccessFactors and Salesforce.
What you need to succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Human Resources or related fields.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a compensation role.
  • English proficiency.
  • Excel proficiency.
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Compensation modules, SAP or Salesforce.
  • Professional certification in compensation or HR is valued.
