Avec 7 ans d'expérience dans le sourcing d'aluminium et de cuivre, vous serez responsable de la gestion des négociations avec les fournisseurs et de la mise en œuvre de stratégies d'amélioration continue. Cette fonction est située à Monterrey, N.L., Mexique, dans un environnement de travail sur site.

Formación

• 7 ans d'expérience en sourcing, notamment dans des applications électriques ou industrielles.
• Expertise dans le développement de fournisseurs locaux et la négociation.
• Bonne connaissance des processus de fabrication et capacité à lire des plans techniques.

Responsabilidades

• Développer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies d'approvisionnement.

Your role and responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop, plan, and implement procurement strategy focused on optimizing costs, quality, delivery, and reliability of suppliers and supplied products for an assigned category or group of categories. Each day, you will ensure execution in accordance with company, procurement, and supply base management instructions and procedures. You will also showcase your expertise by recommending frame agreements to management and executing upon approval.

The work model for the role is: onsite

This role is contributing to the ELSP P&L Sourcing organization in Monterrey N.L. Mexico. Main stakeholders are Plant Management and HUB Manager.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Leveraging the Continuous Improvement Process Sourcing process for implementing effective sourcing strategies in line with business strategy and ensuring that the supply base/suppliers have the capability and capacity to meet current and future business requirements.
• Managing planning and tracking of procurement activities, cost budgets, emerging country spending, and savings forecasts.
• Negotiating agreements with main suppliers, and periodically renews price lists, and terms and conditions.
• Ensuring identification, investigation, and selection of appropriate suppliers (focusing on quality, delivery, cost, and sustainability) in accordance with company policies.

Qualifications for the role

• Experience in Local supplier development, Make vs Buy, negotiation, sourcing, Outsourcing and dual sourcing.
• 7 years of experience in Sourcing sourcing of copper and aluminum, especially in electrical or industrial applications, procurement , supply chain, and engineering and/or finance background desired.
• Possess an enhanced knowledge of / You are qualified in / Highly adept in SAP, Ariba, SFDB, Ecovadis, Celonis, Microsoft Excel, Power BI reporting,etc
• You are passionate about communication, Self oriented, empowered and adaptability
• Extensive knowledge inn Sourcing/Procurement/supply chain in Direct Materials. Familiarity with nearshore suppliers of copper and aluminum.
• Desirable strong understanding of technical drawings, specifications and manufacturing processes.
• Advanced English level
