Una empresa internacional de tecnología busca un profesional para realizar compras regionales de MRO para plantas en EE. UU. El candidato ideal debe tener una licenciatura en administración o ingeniería y al menos 2 años de experiencia en el área de compras. Las responsabilidades incluyen la gestión de proveedores y la preparación de negociaciones. Se requiere alta competencia en MS Office, SAP, y habilidades de negociación y orientación al cliente. Formación

• Experiencia de 2+ años en administración de compras o áreas relacionadas.
• Conocimientos en métodos de compra, análisis de costos y herramientas de TI para compras indirectas.
• Excelente comunicación y habilidad para trabajar en equipo.

Responsabilidades

• Compras regionales de MRO para plantas en EE.UU.
• Gestión de proveedores globales y regionales.
• Preparación de negociaciones (gestión de demanda, investigación de mercado, RfQ, etc.)
• Reuniones con proveedores.
• Gestión de proyectos.

In order to increase not only our internal customers ´ benefits but also our ability to compete we concentrated fundamental purchasing functions in one central division.

This central division defines the global purchasing strategy for the whole Bosch Group and, furthermore, monitors compliance with its binding principals.

To guarantee for an exploitation of potential savings and a consistent market presence of the Bosch Group raw materials, manufactured items, and services employed within several Bosch business units are purchased centrally.

Your responsibilities :

• Regional Purchasing of MRO for US-Plants
• Regional & Global responsibility for MRO-Suppliers (defined Mentorships)
• Internal Business Partner Management
• Negotiation-Preparation (Demand-Management, Market-Research, RfQ, etc.)
• Supplier Meetings
• Negotiation and Contracting
• Project-Management
• Working according to global material field strategy for MRO incl.
• Support to our internal customers

Requisitos :

• Bachelor's degree in business management, mechanical engineering, business engineering, or related field of study
• 2+ years' experience in one of the above mentioned areas
• Project management and Negotiation Skills
• Experience in / with purchasing methods, cost analysis, and IT-tools for indirect purchasing
• High proficiency in MS office (Excel) and SAP
• Excellent communication and Customer orientation
• Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams
