Formación

We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as Car Leader based in Apodaca Plant, Apodaca, NL . (E-Systems Division).

As Car Leader, you will be responsible for coordinating the implementation of new products or engineering changes at the manufacturing plant.

Your Tasks will be:

• Responsible for delivering information regarding engineering changes or new product introductions to all departments.
• Ensure that the defined Product Engineering activities are completed according to the established timeline.
• Responsible for updating the review plan, holding meetings with departments involved in the launch, and seeking to achieve strategic objectives.
• Lead the development of the manufacturing process for new programs.
• Ensure the necessary resources for the requirement, delivery, and installation of equipment to meet project requirements for parts delivery according to the project stage.
• Responsible for the planning and delivery of prototype-level parts prior to the production stage.
• Be the first contact of the manufacturing plant with the client - from the point of view of technical information of the product and equipment.

To be successful in this role you will need:

•Education: Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic Engineering, or similar.
• Experience in automotive electronics required.

• SMT and Backend process knowledge.
• Covisint and Beon portals knowledge desirable.
• Proficient English level.
• 3+ years of experience in the field.
