LyondellBasell is seeking a Capital Project Manager to lead a portfolio of capital projects across APS manufacturing sites, guiding initiatives from concept through startup to closeout.

The role requires developing scopes, estimates, schedules, budgets, risks, and execution plans, delivering projects safely and on time within budget, and coordinating with site teams, IT/OT, suppliers, and contractors. Travel ~25% to APS sites is expected.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, or capital project execution.
• Experience managing multiple capital projects simultaneously in an active manufacturing environment.
• Experience managing material handling, warehousing, packaging, logistics, or other manufacturing automation projects.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of capital projects across APS manufacturing sites, leading projects from concept development and funding approval through execution, startup, and closeout.
• Develop and manage project scopes, estimates, schedules, budgets, risks, and execution plans.
• Deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and aligned with business objectives.
• Partner with site teams to develop and implement automation solutions that support operational and business needs.
• Coordinate operations, IT/OT, engineering partners, suppliers, contractors, and system integrators through design, commissioning, startup, and transition to site ownership.
• Lead project reviews, startup readiness activities, and stakeholder communications throughout project execution.
