Murex in Mexico is seeking an Operations technical analyst to support and implement MX.3 with major banks and asset managers in the region. You will work with the Mexico Operations and Finance team to deliver back-office processes, settlements, and lifecycle management.

The role requires 4–6 years in capital markets tech, fluency in English and Spanish, and a proactive problem solver who can train others and contribute to client workshops and upgrades.

Formación

• 4–6 years of technology experience in capital markets or banking.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux, SQL, XSL, or basic programming is preferred.
• Fluent English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Advise on MX.3 best practices for organizational modelling and transaction lifecycle.
• Contribute to client-site MX.3 implementations from requirements to deployment.
• Provide client support and assist upgrade activities.
• Communicate development needs to the product team and provide trainings.
• Coach and mentor junior consultants.
