AUMOVIO is seeking a capacity planning engineer in San Luis Potosí to drive capacity studies, update standards, and manage BOMs and routings in SAP. You will coordinate with Machining and Assembly Engineering teams and work across global sites to ensure alignment with capacity goals.

The role requires engineering education, advanced English, and experience in capacity calculation, layout design, and project management.

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering is required or desired.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Experience in capacity calculation and layout design is needed.
• Leadership experience is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Create and maintain capacity studies, perform analysis, and assist with capacity planning.
• Produce and update Standards (WP01) on a yearly and monthly basis.
• Create WT8s in coordination with Machining Engineering, Assembly Engineering, and sites in Auburn Hills and Frankfurt.
• Create, maintain and distribute Project Memo for all new projects in SLP.
• Create and maintain Bill of Materials and Routing in SAP.
• Fill customer-specific capacity documentation (e.g., Ford CAR sheet).
• Adhere to ESH and Quality requirements and actively participate to meet them.
• Have the authority to halt production or a process when quality or safety risks are identified and contain defects per procedures.

Job Description

• Create and maintain capacity studies, perform analysis, and assist with capacity planning.
• Produce and update Standards (WP01)-yearly, monthly.
• Create WT8s through coordination with Machining Engineering, Assembly Engineering, Auburn Hills, and Frankfurt.
• Responsible for create, maintain and distribute Project Memo for all new Projects in SLP
• Create and Maintain Bill of material and Routing in SAP.
• Fill customer specific capacity documentation (e.g. Ford CAR sheet).
• Know ESH company requirements. Actively participate to meet them. Know Quality company requirements. Actively participate to meet them.
• The authority and responsibility to halt production or a process when conditions that pose a risk to quality or safety, or non-compliance with specifications, are identified, ensuring the immediate containment and correction of defects in accordance with established procedures without the need for prior approval.
