The role of the GSC Mexico CAO Jr. Associate is primarily focused on, but not limited to, managing the entity billing process with a continuos process improvement focus and demonstrate a strong command of the sujtect as a Subject Matter Expert (SME).

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Gather and analyze data from multiple sources to create insightful reports for key stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain standard reporting templates and dashboards to track key performance indicators

and metrics under GSC Mexico entity remit.

  • Validate data accuracy and integrity, ensuring consistency and accuracy in all reports.
  • Data integration from dispare sources and systems to create a unified view.
  • Cross-functional collaboration to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • GSC Mexico entity billing process management, which includes:purchase orders, invoices, billing systems,

follow -up with suppliers, tracking and forecasting of expenses and close communication with Finance area.

  • Provide support in ad-hoc projects.

Key activities and decision making areas

Impact on the Business/Function

  • Act as the point of contact to support GSC Mexico entity billing requirements at Local, Regional and Global level representing the GSC Mexico CAO team.
  • Provide specific expertise to monitor, oversee, explain, present and mobilize GSC Mexico billing topics.
  • Responsible for execution of innovation initiatives within the billing topic.
  • Create data analytics tools to generate billing insights, identify trends and/or weaknesses and forecasting.
  • Create executive GSC Mexico presentations/views to show historical evolution, current state and future expectations to Senior Management.
  • Provide support the GSC Mexico CAO and Center Director with specific ad-hoc requirements.

  • Act as the billing subject matter expert within GSC Mexico entity.
  • Flawless execution of monthly and ad-hoc GSC Mexico entity requirements.
  • Measurable success of execution of billing topics from a high quality, accuracy and innovation perspective.
  • Diligence and proactive leadership.

    Customers / Stakeholders

    • Develop a network to facilitate acting as the billing point of contact to support operative areas and functions.
    • Follow up with suppliers, ensuring timely billing lifecycle is completed.
    Act as the billing go-to expert and problem solving within the GSC Mexico entity

Knowledge/Qualifications

  • Willing and able to analyze complex issues and identify / assess the long-term, strategic implications for the GSC Mexico and its customers.
  • Strong business management experience supported by management capabilities to planning, organizing and distribute complex information. Skilled to challenge and explain results.
  • Communication – the ability to communicate complex issues concisely either in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
  • Understanding of risk to be able to identify and mitigate operational risk effectively.
  • Attention to detail combined with strong delivery focus and ability to meet aggressive timeframes with quality results.
  • Strong organisational, planning and management skills.
  • Strong business and commercial awareness.
  • Proactive and resilient in a dynamic and constantly changing international environment.
  • Strong collaboration and networking abilities to effectively work with other colleagues and departments within the entity.
  • Complies with the entity’s code of conduct, ethics, and stance on bribery.
