Grupo Fame is seeking a diligent, customer-focused Cajero/a Principal for a remote, part-time role in Cancún, Quintana Roo. The cashier will manage cash and card transactions, ensuring accuracy, security, and excellent service from a home workstation.

You will handle payments, verify authenticity, and maintain a high standard of integrity during peak hours while supporting a seamless checkout experience for customers in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous cashier experience with cash and card transactions.
• Proficient in POS systems and handling cash accurately.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently (cash, credit, debit).
• Verify currency authenticity and prevent fraud.
• Maintain cash drawer and reconcile at end of shift.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service and assist inquiries.
• Adhere to company policies and security procedures.
• Keep workspace clean and organized for efficient operations.
• Handle returns and exchanges per guidelines.
• Communicate discrepancies to management.
• Support inventory accuracy for POS items and promos.
• Ensure smooth and positive checkout experience for customers.
