Robert Bosch Group in Mexicali is seeking a Finance Analyst to analyze monthly results, support decision-making, and manage cost accounting for materials and spare parts across Mexican and U.S. entities.
The role includes cycle counts, asset control backup, budgeting assistance, and forecasting support, with emphasis on SAP expertise and process improvement in cost control. The candidate will follow Bosch quality and environment standards and keep an organized workspace.

Analyze economic and financial information regarding the monthly company's results. Present information for Management as a tool for decision-making, profitability analysis, and business control concerning raw materials and the spare parts warehouse. Responsible for cycle counts of raw materials and spare parts for both legal entities (Mexican and U.S. companies). Responsible for coordinating the proper approval and disposition of materials classified as scrap and/or obsolete. Additionally, serves as a backup for the Financial Analyst position regarding fixed asset control. Assists in the budget preparation process and forecasting topics as well. Support Target costing activities and analysis on demand related to PPC calculation. Responsible for inventory reconciliation as it could be requested. Must comply with the goals and standards of the quality, environmental, and occupational health systems. Must maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Excellent knowledge of financial, analytical, and cost accounting.
Specialized knowledge of the SAP system.
Proficiency in computer tools.
Strong interpersonal skills and aptitude for teamwork.
Exceptional ability to define problems in order to anticipate them.
Self-sufficiency in researching, assimilating, and organizing information.
Experience in accounting, cost accounting, and risk analysis departments.
