Stellantis Financial Services seeks an Industrial Engineer to ensure safety systems, uphold corporate quality standards, and deliver reliable, efficient production programs. You will drive waste reduction, strengthen the SIS manufacturing system, and promote employee development.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical or Mechatronics, 8 years managing personnel and production, SIS knowledge, product knowledge on EBOM and sales codes, and English at least

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical, Mechatronics, or similar.
• 8 years of experience managing personnel, production and quality performances.
• SIS knowledge (WCM, TPM, or similar).
• Product knowledge on EBOM, sales codes, and product specifications.
• English 80% minimum.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safety systems and compliance with corporate quality standards.
• Drive reliable, robust, and efficient production programs.
• Eliminate losses and reduce transformation costs via cost matrices.
• Develop personnel through the SIS manufacturing system.

Asegurar el cumplir con los sistemas de Seguridad, apego a los estándares corporativos de Calidad, asegurar cumplir con los programas de producción a través de un proceso confiable, robusto y eficiente. Elaboración de Matrices para identificar pérdidas y despedicios con el fin de reducir el Costo de transformación, promotor en el desarrollo de la gente a través del involucramiento en el sistema de manufactura SIS y operar de una manera ambientalmente responsable .

Manage and sustain safety & regulatory systems, perform operations line based on corporative quality standards, achieve productions reliable programs due ,effective and robust process. Eliminate waste and losses by cost matrix, reducing transformation cost, and develop personnel by manufacturing system SIS guides, and work environmentally responsible.

Bachelor degree on Industrial Engineering, Electrical, Mechatronics, or similar, 8 years of experience on Managing personnel, production and quality performances, SIS knowledge (WCM, TPM, or similar), Quality indicators, DVX, 3 MIS, 1 MIS. Product knowledge on EBOM, sales codes, and product specifications. English 80% minimun
