The ideal candidate will have strong skills in gathering business requirements and documenting functional specifications, alongside excellent documentation skills. The role includes optimizing PTC Windchill solutions and conducting workshops. This position offers flexibility with remote/hybrid options.

We are currently seeking a Business Sys. Analysis Advisor to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).

Windchill PLM Business Analyst (Remote)

• 7+ years of overall experience in Windchill PLM application i.e implementing, configuring, and optimizing PTC Windchill PLM solutions
• Strong Experience in PTC Windchill PDMLink, Option & Variants, MPM Link, Workflow, OIR, InfoEngine Task customization & configuration.
• Strong experience in gathering business requirements, manage change workflows, and map Out-of-the-Box (OOTB) capabilities to business needs
• Strong experience to Conduct workshops and document user stories, functional specifications, and business processes
• Define and configure Windchill workflows, lifecycles, and CAD/ERP integrations, prioritizing OOTB solutions over customization
• Proven experience with PTC Windchill (PDM, PLM), including BOM management and Change management.
• Excellent documentation skills (user stories, functional specs) and process mapping capability.
• Develop test plans, execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate system functionality.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology or related
