Siemens is seeking a Business Excellence Consultant to drive process excellence and continuous improvement across Finance and Procurement services. You will analyze and redesign processes, partner with global stakeholders, and push digital transformation initiatives to deliver scalable, measurable results.

The role emphasizes Lean methodologies, automation opportunities, and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize operations on a global scale.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or related functions.
• Experience improving business processes within Finance Operations, Procurement, Financial Shared Services, or related financial functions.
• Strong knowledge of process analysis, process mapping, process redesign, and Lean methodologies.
• Experience identifying inefficiencies, analyzing root causes, and implementing process improvements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.

Join our Global Business Services (GBS) Finance and Procurement Services team as a Business Excellence Consultant, where you will help optimize business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support transformation initiatives across a global organization.

In this role, your primary focus will be Process Excellence, combining process analysis, Lean methodologies, and stakeholder collaboration to deliver efficient, scalable, and sustainable solutions.

You’ll make a difference by:

• Analyze, map, and redesign business processes to improve efficiency, quality, and operational performance.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies and best practices.
• Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, and other business stakeholders to understand challenges, identify root causes, and define practical solutions.
• Translate business needs into process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for automation and collaborate with technical teams to support the implementation of digital solutions.
• Support process standardization, simplification, and optimization across global service operations.
• Monitor improvement initiatives, track performance indicators, and measure operational benefits.
• Manage improvement project pipelines and coordinate implementation activities with cross-functional teams.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, including relevant experience in Process Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Business Process Improvement, or related functions.
• Experience improving business processes within Finance Operations, Procurement, Financial Shared Services, or related financial functions.
• Strong knowledge of process analysis, process mapping, process redesign, and Lean methodologies.
• Experience identifying inefficiencies, analyzing root causes, and implementing process improvements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into actionable improvement initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing improvement initiatives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Services Centers (SSC).
• Familiarity with digital transformation, process automation, or business process management initiatives.
• Exposure to automation and analytics tools such as Power Automate, Redwood, KNIME, Alteryx, Power BI, or similar solutions.
• Experience using data analytics to identify improvement opportunities and measure process performance.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or practical experience applying continuous improvement methodologies.
• Familiarity with global business operations and process standardization initiatives.
