Micron Technology is looking for an analyst in Tlaquepaque, Mexico, responsible for coordinating demand forecasting and planning efforts. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business or related fields and 1-2 years of experience in Business Operations or Supply Chain.

You will analyze supply and demand alignment, produce monthly business reviews, and identify opportunities for process improvement and automation. Proficiency in Excel and experience with planning tools like Rapid Response are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate demand forecasting and planning efforts across tactical and extended timeframes with the help of planning tools (e.g., Rapid Response).
• Assess supply and demand alignment, detect risks (shortages/excess), and coordinate mitigation efforts with cross-functional groups.
• Prepare and present monthly business reviews, including key trends, cycle-over-cycle changes, and supply responses.
• Support product lifecycle transitions (EOL), including Last Time Buy analysis and inventory optimization.
• Identify process improvement and automation opportunities, including AI-enabled solutions.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in Business Operations, Supply Chain, or related area.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret and summarize data.
• Basic to intermediate proficiency in Excel and data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA or equivalent experience.
• Experience working with supply chain or planning tools (e.g., Rapid Response, Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• High attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
• Interest or experience in applying AI or automation to business processes.

The specified role does not encompass the following responsibilities: Finalization of sales agreements or the execution of sales contracts is prohibited.
