Champion Execution Excellence

Create the transparency and discipline that enables leadership to make informed decisions and teams to execute with confidence.

You will:

  • Ensure roadmap initiatives are well-defined, prioritized, and fully traceable from ideation through delivery.
  • Partner closely with Product leaders to improve the quality, completeness, and consistency of portfolio information.
  • Maintain strong governance across Jira Product Discovery and Jira, ensuring workflows, reporting, and data integrity support effective execution.
  • Drive clear visibility into roadmap progress, delivery status, dependencies, and execution health.

You will:

  • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), playbooks, and governance documentation.
  • Own onboarding materials and training for Product and Program Management team members.
  • Deliver training sessions on operating model governance, tools, and execution best practices.
  • Foster knowledge sharing and operational consistency across a growing global organization.
Lead Continuous Improvement

Continuously challenge existing ways of working and identify opportunities to make our Product organization more effective.

You will:

  • Drive initiatives to improve dashboards, reporting, tooling, workflows, and operational processes.
