A global automotive company in Ciudad de México is seeking a candidate for a sales manager position. This role requires managing relationships between dealerships and the company while ensuring sales objectives and customer satisfaction are met. Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's in Industrial Engineering or Business, at least 3 years of dealer experience, and proficiency in English. The position involves travel and a strong adherence to GM's commitment to diversity and inclusion.

Formación

  • Minimum 3 years of experience with dealers.
  • Proficient in English for communication.
  • Experience as a Manager or District Sales Manager.

Responsabilidades

  • Act as a liaison between GM, dealerships, or IAM stores.
  • Facilitate mentoring and consulting for sales objectives.
  • Track Customer Satisfaction Index and address deficiencies.
  • Assist in product launches for marketing and advertising.
  • Build and manage relationships with dealerships.
  • Monitor personnel training and compliance with GM objectives.
  • Assist with inventory management and balancing.
  • Analyze dealer sales and local market for revenue opportunities.
  • Increase sales of GM vehicles and parts.
  • Assist with customer problem resolution.

Activities
  • Act as a liaison between GM, it's dealerships, or IAM stores
  • Facilitating mentoring and consulting to ensure monthly / yearly sales and service objectives are met
  • Track dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) or other customer feedback resources to identify and address deficiencies or opportunities
  • Assist in product launches to ensure streamlined marketing and advertising between dealer, IAMs and GM
  • Build and manage relationships
  • Monitor personnel training and ensure compliance with GM requirements/objectives
  • Assist with inventory management, including vehicle and or parts ordering and inventory balancing
  • Analyze dealer sales, local market, and competition to identify revenue opportunities
  • Increase sales of GM vehicles and parts to its customers
  • Assist in customer problem resolution
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
