A supply chain solutions company is seeking a Business Development Specialist to engage in lead generation and relationship building. The role requires proactive communication with prospects and maintaining a detailed log of all interactions. Ideal candidates should have 2-5 years of experience in B2B sales, be fluent in English, and exhibit strong self-motivation. Flexibility in working hours and willingness to travel are essential. This position allows remote work under a 1099 employment structure.

Formación

  • 2-5 years of experience in B2B Sales or a commission-based role.
  • Language skills for Latin America.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and travel.

Responsabilidades

Business Development Specialist / Lead Generator

This position would be responsible for :

Business Development
  • Contact potential prospects via phone, email, event, etc. to form a long-term strategic relationships with The Atlas Network
  • Expected consistent outreach of 100 per day or 500 per week plus follow-up correspondence to set-up meetings
  • Maintain a daily log of companies contacted including business name, contact information, level of interest, and meetings set, etc.
  • Continuously update Atlas Connect (online) Database and profile to discuss leads, track projects and build out our internal factory network
  • Be proactive with potential trade / ASI shows the company should be attending and track corresponding ROI during and following event participation
  • Report directly to Geographic Sales Head
Work Structure
  • 1099 Employment
  • Work hours are from Monday through Friday normal work hours including some required evenings
  • Ability to work remotely, with a self starter attitude
  • Willingness to travel for events and trade shows
  • Salary & commission component
Ideal Candidates
  • 1. Similar work experience (2-5 years) working in B2B Sales or Commission type role
  • 2. Specialization in a Latin America with language skills for the region, fluent in English
  • 3. Self-motivated, performance driven, persuasive, and excellent at creating and building relationships
  • 4. Comfortable working extended and flexible hours (evenings or otherwise)
