Job Title

Location

Monterrey, Nuevo León (remote/hybrid – ***** hrs/week)

Compensation

Commission-only (no base salary). You get paid only when you close net-new clients? *****% of revenue generated.

Role (100% greenfield – new business only)

Hunt B2B companies in Monterrey (tech, energy, manufacturing, retail, logistics).

  • Cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and phone.
  • Qualify leads and book discovery calls for Jorge.
  • Research industries and map HR/Talent Acquisition contacts.
