Lead and execute investments in renewable energy projects, both in operation and under development, ensuring strategic alignment, financial robustness, and long-term value creation.
Analyze the power sector, including market trends, regulatory frameworks, and future developments, engaging with authorities and industry stakeholders to define and execute the company's growth strategy.
Evaluate, prioritize, and integrate renewable energy projects (operational, greenfield, and brownfield), leading commercial negotiations, acquisitions, joint ventures, co-development, and services agreements.
Validate due diligence processes and prepare investment approval requests.
Lead licensing processes, coordinating internal and external teams (legal, ESG, operations, finance, and market development) to secure and maintain all permits, licenses, and authorizations.
Engage with local, state, and federal authorities to ensure regulatory compliance and project continuity.
Develop commercial structures for renewable energy projects, including private PPAs and auction mechanisms, collaborating with key market participants.
Oversee the development and validation of financial models, including CAPEX, revenues, and OPEX assumptions.
Support and participate in financial closings, validating technical and legal documentation for banks, investors, and shareholders.
