Role Summary

As our Brand Marketing Manager, you'll be the strategic steward of our brand identity, voice, and positioning. You'll lead initiatives that deepen customer connection, drive brand awareness, and ensure consistency across all touchpoints—from digital campaigns to product packaging.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
  • Develop and execute brand strategy aligned with company goals and customer insights.
  • Own brand messaging and storytelling across channels (web, email, social, packaging, partnerships).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Creative, Growth, CX) to ensure brand consistency.
  • Lead market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and innovation.
  • Manage brand calendar, campaign planning, and seasonal launches.
  • Oversee external agencies and freelancers for creative execution.
  • Monitor brand performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Champion brand integrity and evolution as we scale.
  • 5+ years of brand management experience, ideally in health, wellness, or consumer goods.
  • Experience with digital marketing, content strategy, and consumer insights.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
