The Brand Manager is a key member of the client success and operations team at GIGABRANDS.
Sitting between the Brand Director and Junior Brand Managers, this role is responsible for managing day-to-day client accounts, executing strategies that drive sales, and ensuring exceptional service delivery across multiple Amazon brands.
As a Brand Manager, you'll work closely with internal teams across PPC, SEO, design, and catalog management to bring client strategies to life.
You’ll act as a trusted partner to clients—balancing relationship management, operational execution, and performance optimization.
You’ll also participate in "husks"—our internal team-building and development sessions—where you’ll collaborate with peers, learn from senior leaders, and help foster a culture of continuous growth and learning.
Senior Brand Managers also take part in weekly upskilling classes to mentor and support the broader team.
