Fitune is seeking the on-camera face for LATAM to connect with fitness studio owners, coaches, and members. You will visit studios, film sessions, and create engaging content that strengthens the Fitune community.
You will own video end to end, producing short-form and long-form content, starring in product videos, and helping grow Fitune Academy with authentic and human storytelling.
Fitune is the intelligent operating system for fitness and wellness studios.
Studios across Latin America run their business on complicated software or manual processes. We built Fitune so that running and growing a studio is easier and more profitable: a conversion-optimised website and app, booking, in-person classes, events, courses and 1-on-1s, automated payments and subscriptions, client and business management, and more.
Fitune launched in 2021 and now serves hundreds of studios processing more than a quarter of a million bookings a month, with a 30-person team across Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Brazil. We aim to grow past 3,000 studios in 2027.
We are looking for the on-camera face of Fitune in Latin America: a senior creator who is active in the fitness world, genuinely energetic, and happiest when they are in a studio talking to the people who run it.
This person owns the relationship between Fitune and the community around it — studio owners, coaches, and the people who train in those studios. They visit to studios, interview owners, film sessions and events, create challenges and activations, and turn all of it into content that studio owners want to watch and share.
It is a hands-on role. You concept it, you present it, you film it, you edit it, you publish it, and you answer the comments.
In short: you help turn Fitune into the most valuable brand for fitness studio owners in LATAM.
Visit to top studios to interview owners, cover live training sessions and events, and capture testimonials. Create challenges and activations that bring studios and their communities into the Fitune orbit. Build real relationships with partner studios, coaches, and end users — the kind where people text you before they text support.
Own video end to end, from concept to published cut. Short-form and long-form, both edited to a standard that matches a premium brand. You are comfortable being the only person on set.
Star in and produce product videos that translate technical features into content people actually finish watching. You make software feel useful and human.
You are the image of Fitune Academy, our educational platform for fitness and wellness studios. You present the courses, tutorials and masterclasses that teach owners and coaches how to run and grow their business, and over time your face becomes the one people associate with learning at Fitune. That means holding a consistent on-camera identity across every lesson, keeping the material clear and practical rather than promotional, and working with product and marketing to decide what the community needs to learn next.
Manage day-to-day publishing across Facebook (including Facebook groups like Pilates coaches groups, etc) , Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and LinkedIn. Own the content calendar, adapt formats per platform, optimise captions and descriptions, monitor performance, and reply to comments and DMs so the community stays responsive.
Work with marketing, product and sales to turn launches into content, share studio success stories, educate owners on growing their business, test new formats, and improve performance based on what the numbers say.
Use generative AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, plus video and audio automation) to move faster on scripting, brainstorming, social listening and post-production.
Know exactly where AI efficiency ends and human connection begins. Every final script, cut and comment reply should feel organic and specific to the culture of the fitness community it is speaking to.
Plus Fitune Academy videos, product feature highlights, event coverage, community challenges and activations.

First 30 days. You have visited your first studios, published your first short-form pieces, and know the product well enough to demo it on camera.
First 90 days. A consistent publishing rhythm across channels, a recognisable on-camera presence, the first long-form interviews live, and a growing set of studio relationships.
First 6 months. Measurable growth in audience and engagement, a repeatable content engine, and a community where studio owners and coaches participate rather than just watch.
This role can be part-time or full-time depending on the person and their other commitments. Tell us in your application which you are looking for and what your availability looks like.
