Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree required in Business Administration, Marketing or Engineering.
• 4-8 years of relevant experience, preferably in automotive or manufacturing settings.
• Proven success in achieving objectives with strong drive for results.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong planning, organizing, and executing capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the commercial development of Brake Pads, Rotors, and Boosters Portfolio.
• Maintain product roadmap and ensure product quality and competitive pricing.
• Develop new product coverage through OE research and benchmarking.
• Drive revenue objectives and target profitability.
• Extensive collaboration with the commercial team to develop product categories.
