BairesDev is seeking a BPM Consultant to drive application modernization projects for clients, mapping business processes and systems using structured BPM methods. You will work directly with clients in a fully remote setup, delivering client-facing engagements and guiding requirements gathering.

The role emphasizes deep systems engineering, experience with mainframe-to-cloud transitions, and strong English communication.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in BPM or business process mapping.
• Strong background in systems engineering.
• Consulting or professional services background with project-based, client-facing delivery experience.
• Experience with application modernization, re-architecting legacy or mainframe-class systems into modern cloud platforms targeting Java, Go, or .NET.
• Strong requirements gathering skills.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

BPM Consultant at BairesDev

In this role, you'll apply Business Process Management discipline to application modernization efforts, using structured BPM methodology to map how legacy and mainframe-class systems operate before they're re-architected into modern cloud platforms. This is your opportunity to apply BPM best practices to a genuinely high-impact modernization context, working directly with clients throughout the engagement.
