As we continue to grow, we are looking for a BIM Specialist with expertise in MEP systems who can thrive in a fully remote/hybrid and international environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and manage BIM models for MEP disciplines (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across different countries for clash detection and resolution.
• Support the implementation of BIM standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of digital workflows.
• Manage project data and documentation in Common Data Environments (CDEs).
• Actively participate in coordination meetings in English with clients, contractors, and international teams.

Requirements

• ADVANCED ENGLISH (mandatory for meetings, presentations, and daily communication).
• Minimum of 1 year’s experience in BIM projects (preferably MEP-focused).
• Proficiency in the following tools: Autodesk Revit (MEP), Navisworks, Revizto, BIM 360, eVolve MEP, AutoCAD, BlueBeam.
• Strong knowledge of multidisciplinary model coordination and clash detection.
• Familiarity with international BIM standards (e.g., ISO 19650).
• Minimum education: Bachelor's degree (Licenciatura) required.

Additional Information

Type of position – full-time. Salary: $16,000.00 - $20,000.00 monthly, depending on skills. Language: English. Workplace: Remote position.
