The A Career is seeking a meticulous BIM Modeler / Revit Drafter specializing in Scan-to-BIM to transform 3D laser scan data into data-rich BIM models within Autodesk Revit. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of construction tolerances, as-built modeling methodologies, and the ability to accurately interpret complex scan data for architectural, structural, and/or MEP disciplines.

A VOICENOTE IN ENGLISH AND A PORTFOLIO WILL BE REQUESTED FOR THE SCREENING PROCESS.

Formación

• Education: Degree or technical diploma in architecture, civil engineering, drafting, or related field.
• Experience: 2–3 years in Scan-to-BIM production workflows.
• Software proficiency: Revit advanced; ReCap Pro advanced.

Responsabilidades

• Transform 3D laser scan data (point clouds) into accurate BIM models in Revit.
• Interpret scan data for architectural, structural, and/or MEP disciplines.
• Maintain millimeter-level accuracy and data-rich details in models.
